"This manual describes how to write application programs for the Advanced Communications Function for VTAM (VTAM) Version 2 Releases 1 and 2, and contains detailed information on the macro instructions used with VTAM. The macro instructions are used to write the data communication portions of VTAM application programs that communicate with logical units within the same VTAM domain, in another domain, or in another network. This manual provides the specifications needed to code such programs."
