- Draft agreement, undated, for payment of a subvention by W.H & F.J Horniman, another Lyons subsidiary, to LEO Computers Ltd 'towards reimbursement of the loss sustained by LEO Computers Ltd for the year ended 31st March 1962';
- Draft agreement, undated, for payment of a subvention by Black & Green Ltd (another Lyons subsidiary, changed by annotation from 'Pleasure Foods Ltd') to LEO Computers Ltd;
- Memo from R.W. Kershaw (W.H. & F.J Horniman & Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Lyons) to M.A. Holmyard (Secretary's Office, Lyons) enclosing the requested subvention payment, 25th May 1962;
- Internal Lyons memo from F. Aldred (Chief Accountant's Office) to M.A. Holmyard (Secretary's Office), 1st June 1962;
- Copy letter from M.A. Holmyard (Assistant Secretary, Lyons) to R.W. Kershaw (W.H. & F.J Horniman), 15th June 1962;
- Letter from R.W. Kershaw (W.H. & F.J Horniman) to M.A. Holmyard (Secretary's Office, Lyons) enclosing an agreement re: the Subvention Payment to LEO Computers, 16th June 1962;
- Copy letter from M.A. Holmyard (Assistant Secretary, Lyons) to R.W. Kershaw (W.H. & F.J Horniman), 19th June 1962;
- Letter from R.W. Kershaw (W.H. & F.J Horniman) to M.A. Holmyard (Secretary's Office, Lyons) confirming Horniman were now arranging for the subvention payment to be made to LEO Computers, 20th June 1962;
- Internal Lyons memo from M.A. Holmyard to H.W. Driver re: subvention payments from Pleasure Foods and W.H & F.J Horniman, 21st June 1962;
- Draft agreement, undated, for payment of a subvention by Pleasure Foods (originally W.H & F.J Horniman, crossed out in pencil), to Massarella Ice Cream Company Ltd (originally LEO Computers Ltd, again crossed out in pencil) 'towards reimbursement of the loss sustained by M[asserella] for the year ended 31st March 1962';
- Two internal Lyons memos from M.A. Holmyard to H. Driver and F. Aldred respectively re: subvention payment by Black & Green Ltd (subsidiary of Lyons) to LEO Computers, 17th Jul 1962.
