TERMS ON WHICH LEO COMPUTATIONS ARE CARRIED OUT

1. For each job done on the computer a charge shall be made at a rate per unit of work satisfactorily produced during each run of the programme.
If extra running time is necessitated because the data supplied by the Client is wrong or not in accordance with the specification of the job as supplied by the Client or by reason of other circumstances which are the responsibility of the Client, a charge shall be made at a rate corresponding to that for the work that would have been produced during the extra running time.

2. When we prepare the programme to be used on the computer a charge shall be made for its preparation, including the trial of the programme on the computer with test data. When extra programming time or trial time on the computer is necessitated by changes in the specification of requirements of by errors in test data and information, an extra charge shall be made on a pro rata basis for the amount of extra programming and extra running time of the computer.

3. When the pgrogramme is prepared by the Client it shall be drawn up so that it conforms in all respects to our requirements for effective and accurate operation. A charge will be made for the trial of the programme on the computer with test data.

4. The Client shall be responsible for giving final agreement that the programme produces satisfactory results.

5. We take the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the computations; should any inconsistency appear in the results we undertake to repeat the computations and no charge shall be made if the computations are proved to have been done incorrectly. On the other hand, if the computations are proved to have been done correctly, a charge shall be made for the work involved in repeating the computation at the rate per unit of work referred to in paragraph 1.

6. A charge shall be made at an agreed rate per unit of data for any preparation of data that is necessary for a computer run.
