Digital copy of a photograph of one of the LEO I racks with its distinctive covers in place.

Caption: 'Rack with covers in place. These were bright blue.'

This image appears in the interactive plan for our Virtual LEO I installation, p57.

Research comments: LEO I's racks housed glass valves, some of which can be seen in this photograph on the top right hand side. All 21 racks had bright blue covers that could be lifted off by engineers so as to access the valves and wiring. Sheeting of some kind looks to have been suspended between the racks, perhaps to hide less finished racks behind. (LM)
