DEC releases the PDP-10
September 1967 Introduced in 1967, the PDP-10 was mainframe computer built by DEC. The PDP-10 was bought by many universities, including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and Carnegie Mellon University. The PDP-10 is an important historical machine for several reasons.
