61008 Autolector Tea Division Order Form

Lyons order form for the Tea Division, filled in with an order for Fine Fare Ltd. Peter Bird notes in his published caption that it was a 'Modified (decimal design) tea order form'. It was designed for processing by the Autolector Document Reader on LEO III.
