Instructions for this database:
Enter donations as a new section, not a product, naming it 'CCH OE xyz'.
In the details for this section, list: entry date, donor, donor contact details, packaging info, object list provided by donor, further info provided by donor.
Within each OE section, list each object in the donation as a product. Put in the bare minimum of data, with location being paramount. This bit of the process is about efficiency, not comprehensive descriptions and pics of all objects.
If we would archive something as a single object, then we must track it at this stage as a single object. IE. a bundle of cables doesn't need its own entry, but individual books would.
Keep all records offline. This database is not for public access.
