We believe that very soon there will be a wonderful museum in Haverhill. It will be a museum that will tell all the stories of this age we are passing through now - the Information Age - and exhibit a very important collection of vintage computers.
We are working towards this now.
As with most museums it started with the collection. Yes, a large and significant collection of computers and related artifacts already exists here in Haverhill! From this the germ of an idea was born. We have added our vision, a whole lot of energy and the concept is fast taking shape.
We hope that eventually the collection will be housed in a striking, purpose-built, contemporary building with exhibition galleries, activity areas, a cafe, research facility and auditorium.
Our main aims are to reinvent and perpetuate a sense of wonder for the achievements of the Information Age, while inspiring future generations.
