Fundraising campaign is GO!
On Friday 18th May Alex Meyer MEP launched our new fundraising campaign for museum learning.
We are looking forcompanies who can help us continue to deliver and expand our successful museum learning programme. As one of the most imaginative and ambitious museum projects in Britain, we are
dedicated to creating within the museum an educational space for children that is engaging,
instructive and, most importantly, capable of getting school children excited about tech.
Last year, Anjali Das, our Heading of Learning, and her team piloted a range of new learning activities
for visiting groups of students and a new structure for visits by schools and colleges that prioritises
the quality of the experience for young people. Take-up and feedback was very positive, and the
visits were cited by schools as a fantastic experience that really enhanced young people’s
understanding of computing.
We are now seeking companies who can help us continue to deliver and expand our museum
learning programme. With funding of at least £30,000 over 3 years we will be able to:
