First Home for Computer Museum
The museum now has a physical home! – Thanks to the very generous support of Suffolk businessman Christopher Gurteen, of D. Gurteen & Sons, the museum now has a chance to show what it can do.
The groundfloor of the ‘Counting House’situated in the High Street, Haverhill, Suffolk will be the first home of the museum. This huge step forward will allow us to set-up several exhibits. We anticipate this generating interest from potential supporters and the general public.
During the coming months, the museum will begin to evolve. This remains only the first stage of the initiative. The aim is to eventually procure a permanent, purpose built home for the expanding collection. Story By: Jason Fitzpatrick Date : 01-06-2007 |
