BBC Watchdog programme hires computers from the Centre for Computing History

Following the introduction of our Vintage Computer Hire centre, the BBC uses one of our BBC Micro computers in the 24th March 20008 edition of the BBC One Watchdog programme featuring computer scams.

The Centre for Computing History has a number of vintage computers, calculators and related equipment that are available to hire for Film & TV production.

Equipment is available on a weekly or monthly basis and fees are negotiated per project depending on the equipment required and the hire period.

Our experts are at your disposal to offer help and advice on authenticity and technical issues.

We also have limited facilities for location shooting.

See our website for details of the machines available ...
