Formula 1 Simulator

Formula 1 racing game, which is just as famous for its cover in Spectrum circles, recognised by most who knew the machine in contemporary times, with it’s dramatic depiction of a racing pile up. Certainly one of the best selling budget titles for the machine. The game itself is a reasonable attempt at a cockpit eye view of the racing action, and other cars to race against. This was a re release of Formula One by Spirit Software, and included a cardboard steering wheel, which had to be rolled on the top row of Keyes to steer the car. Of course it did not work, and did not last too long either.
