The Amiga Datel MidiMaster is a peripheral that connects to the Amiga's serial port. It is used to connect media devices and is dual functional - it both feeds Midi files in to the Amiga, or will output them to be played on various devices.

Coloured similarly to the Amiga's function key, the Datel MidiMaster has a row of five DIN sockets, each containing 5 pins. These 5 ports are as follows: MIDI IN, MIDI THROUGH, MIDI OUT 1, MIDI OUT 2 and MIDI OUT 3

This specific MidiMaster is for use with either the A500 or A2000

The MIDI IN port can be used to connect a Midi keyboard

The MIDI OUT ports can be used to connect Midi devices

The MIDI THROUGH port can be used to daisy chain further connections to the Amiga
