Go back to the 70s, 80s, and 90s with us! A fun exhibition for all the family at the museum during the whole of December.

Remember that Christmas when you opened up your best present ever - was it Fisher Price, Action Man, Sindy, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, Masters of the Universe, Board Games, Polly Pocket, or was your hobby collecting stickers or Smurfs? See some of the best toys you ever got for Christmas - and the ones you never did get!

Not only will you be able to look at these toys, some will be available to get hands on with, such as extensive collection of Fisher Price, Action Man and Sindy dolls just to name a few.

(Did anyone ever actually get a Mr Frosty?)

We'll also be displaying some rare collectables.

We will not take responsibility for any injuries caused by consequent nostalgic loft-searching inspired from this event! :)

No need to book - available as part of our standard admission 4th-23rd December 2024.

We are a registered charity. Since opening in 2013, over 160,000 people, including 18,000 school pupils, have visited the Centre. Our visitors deserve a space which is engaging and inspiring, where they can feel a sense of adventure, exploration and wonder!
