Written by Steve Meretzky, Leather Goddesses of Phobos is a fiction video game that is interactive and was published in 1986 by Infocom (it was there 21st game and was one of five top-selling Infocom titles to be re-released in Solid Gold versions). At the begginning of the game, the player choses a gender and recieves a sidekick character (there a differences in the gameplay between the two genders). It has a difficulty level of 'standard' and covers 75 differenct locations - such as Venus, Mars and even the maze known as the 'Catacombs'. The play begins in 1936 Ohio and the plot consists of the Leather Goddesses of Phobos finalising their grand plan for the invasion of Earth. The player has just been abducted by the Goddesses for the plan's last testing before they attempt to ensalve all of humanity. Unless this plan is prevented, our planet will be twisted into a sexual pleasure zone.
