One of the first machines in Apple's planned line of mid-range PCs, alongside the more powerful Centris 650. It came in four configurations containing either 4 or 8 MB of RAM, 512KB or 1MB of VRAM, and 80 or 230 MB of storage. The cheapest option also didn't include an ethernet port. The Centris line of computers was merged into Apple's Quadra line of business PCs within one year of the release of the 610.
