The Sinclair Cambridge Universal calculator is part of Sinclair's Cambridge range of calculators from the 1970s. This model dates from 1977. It is a four-function calculator with additional %, memory, square, square root functions. The battery cover protrudes so that it can fit the PP3 battery it required, which resulted in such models being known as "pregnant" models. This example was donated by a former employee of Sinclair Radionics and does not match other examples of the Cambridge Universal found online. The keys are not in the same order and it has a General Instrument C689D 7732 instead of the Mostek MK50321. The C689 was also used by Sinclair in the Enterprise calculator.
