Unbranded quick loading and saving wafer drive for the Vic 20 and C64. The machine uses tiny cartridges that contain a continuous loop of thin tape for storing and retrieving data, up to 128KB can be stored. The package contains the unit and the master wafer cartridge that contains programs for loading and saving. The program emulates the cassette datacorder, and slow loads a simple program called QOS that then switches the drive to high speed, it then loads in a quick operating system and the file management utility program. An extensive booklet guides the user in how to save programs from memory into the wafadrive. The drive can be daisy chained to another, or to a datacorder. Sadly although a cheap alternative to the disk drives available, the tapes were apparently not that reliable, and if not used for a while could stick and snap.
