Disk-O-Pro is a ROM chip which plugs into your PET/CBM. It is intended to be used with upgrade ROM to produce a system that can recognise a whole library of new commands.

It is designed to fit into a PET without conflicting with other upgrades.

This means users can use the new commands without having to abandon existing program tools that the user has purchased. However, compatibility was not 100%...
