In this game, the player can use the Wii Remote, Balance Board, Nunchuk and Resistance Band (which is bundled with the game, along with a strappable pouch). This game is the first in a series of EA Sports Active games. It is an exercise game which consists of a variety of activities where players are guided by a virtual personal trainer. There are 20 minute workout routines and a 30 day challenge mode which allows the player to set their workout goals. Players can also create custom workout sessions from their favourite exercises, calorie goals and specific body areas to target.
