Mike Brown

Mike Brown

Michael Burmeister-Brown (Mike Brown) started in Central Point, Oregon then moved to Beaverton, Oregon.

His early start ups, Central Point Software in 1980 and Second Nature Software, were both sold in the 1990s to Symantec and Yahoo, respectively.

As he built Central Point, an early player in the PC data and file recovery days, he learned about the world of venture capital. And he wasn’t a fan.
