The Magnavox Odyssey 300 was released in 1976. It was the third console released by Magnavox following its purchase by Philips in 1974.

The Odyssey 300 uses a single chip, the AY-3-8500, which previously featured in the Coleco Telstar. However, this system is still one of the first systems to use a single game chip, rather than multiple computer chips or transistor–transistor logic.

The Odyssey 300 has three games (Tennis, Hockey, and Smash) which are the same as those that featured on the Odyssey 200. However it also introduced three difficulty levels: Novice, Intermediate, and Expert, as well as digital on-screen scoring.

Manufacturer: Magnavox
Date: 1976
