This is a series of printed letters, replies and acknowledgements between a ZX80 customer and Science of Cambridge and later Sinclair Research. Starting with the brochure the order form was cut from, going through chasing up the late computer to questions on functionality, ordering a 16K RAM pack and right through raising a repair and the result of the repairs.
