The Microsoft Development Library provides a comprehensive source of programming information for developers of Microsoft Windows-based applications. The Library contains hundreds of in-depth technical articles, complete documentation sets, specifications, sample code, tools, utilities, Microsoft Press books, and the Microsoft Developer Knowledge Base. The Microsoft Developer Network was established to assist developers who write Windows-based applications or who use Microsoft development tools. We have two goals: first, to write and publish information on programming for Windows, and second, to listen to the development community and channel its feedback into Microsoft. We distribute infomration through the Microsoft Development Library, CompuServe, and the Microsoft Developer Network News. For Microsoft Windows version 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.1, or Windows NT version 3.1.
