The Sims was a strategic life simulation video game of the daily activities of one or more virtual customisable people ("Sims") in a suburban household who are controlled by players in their careers, social life and relationships. Sims' income can be used to renovate their living space, purchase home furnishings, or clothing for their household. The game was a follow-up to Will Wright's earlier SimCity series and was originally developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts in 2000. This Complete Collection includes the original version of The Sims and all seven expansion packs: Livin Large; House Party; Hot Date; Vacation; Unleashed; Superstar; Makin Magic.
