Minutes of the LEO Management Meeting, 26th June 1959.
Research comments: Refers to machines LEO II/6 (Ministry of Pensions & National Insurance), LEO II/9 (Ilford Films) LEO II/10 (Wills Tobacco) and LEO II/11 (Ford). Refers to people Mr Barnes (Tony Barnes), Ernest Kaye, Mr Douglas, Mr Anthony. The Minutes confirm that pre-delivery trials of LEO II/6 (Ministry of Pensions & National Insurance) had gone very well and that the customer would accept delivery of the computer. They also confirm that a second Powers Samas printer, control desk, Hollerith equipment and cabling were to be ordered for LEO II/9 (Ilford Films) at a cost of £9,300. The Minutes also state that an order was due to be put in to Plessey for packages for 4 LEO IIs (LEO II/8-LEO II/11). Refers to Abbey Road and Minerva Road.
