Agreed to order a second Powers Samas printer and two magnetic tape machines for LEO II/8 (Standard Motors) at a cost of £26,000. Completion of LEO II/8 is scheduled for April 1960, some 9 months after this meeting.
 
Agreed to order for LEO II/9 (Ilford Films) new core store matrices and components for core store packages at a cost of £7,700 and a Powers Samas printer, a magnetic tape machine, three Ferranti readers, three card feeders etc at a cost of £21,100.
 
Profit & loss budget discussed. Profit depends on the speed of machine production. Consideration is given to accelerating production of LEO II/8 and LEO II/9 to help profitability. (LM)
