The Godbout Econoram II is an 8KB static memory board for Altair or other S100 bus computers. The memory is arranged in 2 banks of 4K, each bank can be addressed on any 4K boundary. It uses 2102-L1 1K static low power memory chips having a rated access time of 450ns. For use with 4mhz Z80 processors a wait state can be inserted into memory accesses. It will also optionally generate a vectored interrupt if an attempt is made to write into protected memory.
