Common Ground was a "DigitalPaper Technology" program with the headline "Make your documents truly portable. Let anyone view and print them without creating application or fonts." Based on Portable Documents, the features were: Common ground's cross platform, universal display language which worked with all fonts including PostScript and TrueType; Pixel for Pixel Identical Documents (at 300 dpi); Search, copy and paste freely; Security; Attach sounds to Documents; Text Search. Target customers were: Writers/Designers/Editors; Business People; Engineers and Drafters; Faxless people; Bulletin Boards. Platform: Apple Macintosh 2-3Mb RAM Disk 3.5 Hard Disk Mac OS System 6.0.5 or later 2Mb RAM Mac OS System 7.0 or later 3Mb RAM Application Software (AS:) Wordprocessing Version: 1.02
