Silicon disk guide for RM Nimbus PC with 1.5 Mb
Nimbus PCs with over 1 Mbyte of memory could only access the memory above 1Mbyte as a silicone disk. This was due to the limitations of the number of address lines present on the 80186 chip. RM Part Number 16838
