This A1-size poster advertises Rock n' Roll Racing, a battle racing game developed by Silicon & Synapse (today known as Blizzard Entertainment) and published by Interplay in 1993 for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Ocean published the European version.
