Large oversized characters are the order of the day, and this being the American version, it has most of the Toilet humour of the Japanese version missing.

Playing very much like Wonderboy, it is the usual left to right scrolling affair, and without the rather adult themes mentioned earlier, it does not stand out from the many games of it's genre.
