Excellent conversion of the 16 bit classic, expertly converted by Realtime Software, this game has the player in sole control of a Carrier, the Epsilon, on a mission to reclaim a host of archipelagos which have fallen into enemy hands, land vehicles, and Mantra aircraft are at hand to protect the carrier and raid the islands, and strategy must be employed to re stock and fuel the ship. A good mixture of strategy and action, the idea is to set up a supply network, to create fuel, aircraft, and land vehicles, as well as much needed missiles. It is then time to hop from island to island retaking them from the enemy forces. At the same time the opposing carrier is also performing the same tasks, only more quickly, eventually the two carriers will meet, and it will be time to use the carriers defences to take it out. After that is performed, it is then just a simple task to take the rest of the islands, this is done by landing a craft on the island after neutralising it's defences, and sending a reprogramming device into the control centre every island has. The biggest threat though is the Omega, the enemy carrier, which is faster, more heavily armed, and hell bent on the conquer of all the islands, and your Carriers destruction.
