Nightshade

Written by Ultimate Play The Game, and the first game using the Filmation 2 graphics engine, this allowed the player to enter buildings, when they did so, the walls would disappear, neat but it would also make the game seem a bit empty at times. The town of Nightshade is under attack from 4 evil beings, the player must find the four weapons to send each one back to the underworld, while avoiding the many minions they have unleashed upon the land, potions can be collected and stored, but beware, using the different ones on the wrong creature, can cause them to multiply. The Amstrad version is very colourful, much more so than the others, but with the sacrifice of some speed.
