Subtitled Super Mario Bros IV, this highly acclaimed game was a launch title for the Super Famicom and Super Nintendo. Making the most of the jump from 8 to 16 bit, this colourful platform game, follows the formula of the earlier games in the series, running from left to right, finding coins, and mushrooms for power ups, but his time with a much larger game of around 96 levels, and a few popular features, like being able to ride on Yoshi's back, who will gladly eat enemies and spit them out, or eat fruit for extra powers. Very inventive graphics, and a few mode 7 events keep up the excitement, the game was a huge success, and in an act of incredible generosity, Nintendo packed the game in with the console for it's European launch. Our copy is in a fairly decent box, with the game map present.
