The World is not Enough is a first-person shooter game based on the film of the long running series of secret agent 007: James Bond which, in turn, is also based on the book series by Ian Fleming. The game was developed by Eurocom and published by Electronic Arts for the Nintendo 64 in the year 2000, loosely following the events of the film which was released earlier in 1999. Progress for the game could only be saved to the N64 Controller Pak, a memory card peripheral that was sold separately form the title and the console itself. Although not required in order to play, the title supports the N64 Expansion Pack which enhances the graphics and visual effects.
