Chicago Joe is a criminal which the S.B.I (Spectravision Bureau of Investigation) have apprehended. However, his gang have taken over an apartment building and taken a dame and her child hostage. The player must use a sniper to shoot any gang members, but not the innocents. The user can move the joystick to aim and push the button to fire, but the ammo is limited so you have to be careful.
