The Casio MG-777 is a six-function calculator with an additional gaming mode, which features three games. The goal of the first game was to move the numbers in the rows and columns around, in a sliding puzzle style, to make all of the numbers the same. The second game was a slot machine game where you won points when you matched all three numbers. In the third game you had to find the number on the keypad that matched the number on the screen as quickly as possible, and the more you got correct, the faster it got. The games are displayed on a 3x3 grid, and the standard calculator functions are displayed on a line below the grid. By the early 1980s, the cost of LCD screens had come down, and quality had increased, so now the calculators could display simple block graphics.
