Choplifter started life as an Apple II game by Dan Gorlin.  This version by SEGA came from an arcade game inspired by the Apple II original.
The goal is to pilot a helicopter and rescue prisoners of war.  The game is very difficult due to the one-hit deaths and abundance of enemies on screen.
