The Sinclair Enterprise Programmable, released in Summer 1978, was Sinclair's third programmable calculator after the Sinclair Scientific Programmable (1975) and the Sinclair Cambridge Programmable (1977). It followed on from the Sinclair Enterprise seven-function calculator released in 1977. The Enterprise Programmable has a 79-step program memory with merged upper case functions, forward and backward step facility, conditional and unconditional branching. It came with a three-volume program library with 316 programs. The calculator has an eight-digit LED display with fully floating decimal point or fixed scientific notation. It was powered by a 9v PP3 battery. Our calculator is in the original box with the full accessory package:
