EMPIRE is an application to create and edit Acorn Replay Movies. It will work in conjunction with the Irlam Instruments Ltd Acorn Replay D.I.Y. card and other video capture cards that support the ViA file format. Movies are created and edited using a film strip style editor. This enables the accurate choice of edit points for both Audio and Video with preview facilities for both source clips and edited clips.
