This collection of software includes three programs: Chempi, Balanz and Molcol

Chempi: This program allows you to display the electronic shell structures and isotopic distributions for each of the first thirty-six elements in the periodic table.

Balanz: This program simulates a chemical reaction of the form A + B = C + D. It was designed as an aid in the teaching of the chemistry topic of equilibrium.

Molcol: This program serves as a companion program to BALANZ, and may be used as a prelude to this. It illustrates how reactions may follow from random molecular collisions, and how these may lead to a dynamic equilibrium with fluctuations on either side.
