This program gives students an understanding of the nature of limiting factors and how they affect the rate of photosynthesis. The simulations supply results which cannot be readily obtained in a school laboratory. Students are able to investigate the effects of different factors on the rate of photosynthesis leading to an investigation into the effect of seasonal change on a plant's photosynthesis rate.
