Disc Duplicator 3 will run on either 40 or 80 track drives. Since it incorporates its own disc filing system, it should function with any single density DFS which uses the Intel 8271 disc controller chip. It is not compatible with double density DFSs, nor will it copy double density discs. It will not work with the BBC B+.
