The last of Ultimate's 16K games and also one of their mysterious legends, while Jetpac, PSSST, and Cookie can be found on the Sinclair silver label, no trace has been found of Trans Am in that format, although some insist it was released, with only a few copies allegedly made.

The game itself is a simple overhead race around a tiny America collecting cups and avoiding hazards such as cactus plants and other cars.

It, along with the other 16K Ultimate games was released on the short lived cartridge ROM format.
