Univac 1107 Thin Film Memory Computer General description UNIVAC. 1107 was the first member of the Sperry Rand UNIVAC 1100 computer, released in October 1962. It was also known as Thin Film computer because of its use of thin film memory for storage register. 36 systems were sold.
